Opening Times/Hours of Work
While our website never sleeps, unfortunately our staff do need to!
Our operating hours are 10:00am until 5:00pm Monday through to Friday, during which time our sales and support team can be reached. In some cases we will attempt to resolve your queries via email outside of these hours where permissible as part of our quality service. Our cut-off time on orders to be dispatched for next day delivery is 4:00pm for Royal Mail and Interlink express shipped orders, however we always attempt to complete orders placed beyond this cut-off.
Our Christmas opening hours are displayed as a link from the front page from early in December.
We are closed on all bank holidays, upon which days orders placed will not be dispatched until the following working day.
